**Remember, during our in-church services, we aim to provide a safe and healthy place of worship, but ultimately it is your decision to attend. Please review our guidelines here. When you arrive for worship, please enter through the back doors of the building. You will be greeted at our welcome center by one of our Deacons. Everyone entering the building must now sign in. Per NYS regulations, people will have to sign a form before they proceed to other parts of the building. The form requires name, phone number and email, and affirms that the following is true for yourself and your family:

  • Not experienced any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days;
  • Not received a positive COVID-19 test in the past 14 days;
  • Not come in close contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID 19 case in the past 14 days; and
  • Not traveled to locations that would require quarantine per NYS guidelines in the past 14 days.
  • Everyone entering the building must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose if they have not been vaccinated. These procedures are in place for contact tracing purposes and to comply with New York State requirements. Thank you for keeping everyone safe.
